SHIPPING POLICY

  • All customers will receive a confirmation email after their order has been fulfilled.

  • All orders will be provided with a valid USPS tracking number.

  • Orders are usually shipped within 24 -48 hours after purchase. 

  • International orders may be charged a tariff, duty, or tax on incoming items. 

  • We understand that at times your package might get lost in the chaos of the mailing system due to no fault of yours or ours and if this is the case we will try our best to make things right. 

  • The information provided on this page should be used as a general guideline ONLY. Shipping times may occur later or earlier than listed.

At times we buy things that might not meet our expectations and if this happens we will be more than happy to try to make things right.  Please contact us at support@firstresponderapprel and let us know the problem.

Here at First Responder Apparel we like to make your experience as easy AND as enjoyable as possible with our hassle-free return policy. We accept items for exchange, store credit or refund within 60 days of the original order date as long as the product is in new condition.
